# Marsh — BenefitsCircle & QoverPro

## Overview

I was lead product manager and roadmap owner for two platforms: BenefitsCircle, a voluntary employee benefits product, and QoverPro, Marsh's embedded insurance platform — owning the stack and the UI/UX of BenefitsCircle's customer-facing e-insurance website.

## What I built

- Large embedded insurance programs for Ashok Leyland, Cleartrip (EzCancel), Shiprocket (Secure Shipment), Bridgestone (BridgeCare), and Amazon (Amazon DSP)
- Three chatbot use-cases productised for digital insurance affinity and voluntary benefits
- Client-facing tech propositions for embedded pet insurance, trip protection, renters insurance, EV charging station insurance, cyber insurance, and personal accident cover

## Outcome

Selected into Marsh Asia's first cohort of 30 Digital Influencers, helping define the region's digital culture and educate colleagues on emerging consumer and commercial digital solutions.
